Privacy policy

Information you give us. When you send an enquiry, request a quotation or apply to become a dealer, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company, city, business type and role, the product you are asking about, your message and, for dealer applications, your GSTIN.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the site we collect usage data through Google Analytics: the pages you visit, how you arrived, your device and browser type, and your approximate location derived from your IP address. Our hosting provider also records basic technical logs and anonymous performance measurements.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To assess and process a dealer application.
• To send you a single automatic email confirming we received your message.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send you marketing unless you have asked us to.

Your enquiry is read by our sales and support team. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, only to provide their service:

• Resend, to deliver enquiry emails and confirmations.
• Google, for Google Analytics and the map on our contact page.
• Vercel, which hosts the site and provides anonymous performance measurement.

Some of these providers may process data outside India. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any resulting order, and to meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, after which it is deleted automatically.

Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) that tell visits apart so we can count them. The Google Maps embed on our contact page may set Google’s own cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works normally without them.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct, complete or update it;
• erase it, where we are not required to keep it;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Email info@mmegllp.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

The site is served over HTTPS and enquiry data is sent over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us.

This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy when our practices change. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised.
